With over 20 years dedicated to early childhood education, Naoko Sensei bring a wealth of experience to BIM. Her foundation as a Montessori educator was solidified through training at a Montessori school in Japan, closely integrated with a teacher training program. This immersive experience provided her with a deep understanding of Dr. Montessori's philosophy and its practical application in the classroom. She is passionate about creating a nurturing environment where children can explore, learn, and develop at their own pace.
